If you are having issues locating your package and/or tracking says that your package was mis-delivered, it is highly recommended that you reach directly out to USPS. This can be done both in person, as well as through their customer service number at +1800-275-8777. For speedier results, fill out their missing mail form as soon as you become aware that your package has not arrived.  Because all products must go through at least 1 full month of testing, we can not offer anything customizable at this time. It is our aim to provide products that without a doubt, can complete its intended task.

Because we ship via priority mail, costs tend to be higher. We do have two shipping options available. The items weighed under 4 oz can be shipped in smaller poly-mailers than those that weigh more. These costs are dependent upon how big your order is and what type of package needs to be used. We will only use the required amount to ship and to cover extra insurance. Any funds NOT used will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Our handcrafted products require a level of healing, love, and thoughtfulness that is not so commonly found. In order to provide you the best, time is a necessity. Processing time can take from 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to complete orders 1-2 days after the order is placed, but this may not always be the case.

 Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your order will be dropped off at the post office within 24 hours of receiving this email. For the time being, all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (2-5 business days).
